Rescia Properties is led by a seasoned partnership with over 45 years of combined experience across multifamily investing, institutional leadership, and large-scale portfolio growth. Together, the firm’s leadership has overseen $700M+ in transactions, scaled portfolios to 3,387+ units, and managed more than $989AUM iacross California, Las Vegas, and key Sunbelt markets.

Diva Rescia has been a principal investor in real estate since the age of 17. That foundation—built on firsthand experience, not theory—is what sets her apart and is precisely why the investors she works with trust her implicitly. She understands what is at stake because she has always had her own capital on the line.
With over 20 years of experience and her current role as a Multifamily Investment Specialist at CBRE, a Fortune 150 company and the world’s largest commercial real estate brokerage, Diva brings institutional-grade expertise directly to her investor relationships. She doesn’t just advise—she structures, underwrites, and executes alongside the investors she partners with, ensuring every opportunity is grounded in rigorous market intelligence and sound fundamentals.
Mentored by Grant Cardone and specializing in value-add and institutional multifamily strategies, Diva helps high-income earners and sophisticated investors access opportunities typically reserved for the largest institutional players. Her focus is on building portfolios that generate strong, risk-adjusted returns, durable cash flow, and long-term wealth—while employing strategies designed to support tax efficiency and capital preservation.

Lou Lopez

Lou Lopez spent the better part of 25 years in the Corporate Space working in various capacities for Fortune 100 Companies. The lions-share of his tenure while working for publicly held companies included senior managerial roles in global sales to Corporate EVP and various Board positions. Within that span, he also has over 15 years of experience working with private equity firms, registered investment advisers, and broker dealers on matters such as fund formation, regulatory compliance, operations, transactions, and investor relations.
Lou has been in Real Estate for over 20 years. Starting out as a passive investor simply seeking to diversify and increase his investment holdings while still in the corporate environment. After fully exiting the corporate arena, he moved head-first into real estate as he saw the promise that it held as a proven, long-term vehicle for wealth accumulation and because he could provide significant value in various capacities.
He has invested significantly in advanced real estate education, mastermind programs and Real Estate Clubs with Tony Robbins, Grant Cardone and others in the real estate space and is to this day mentored by billionaire real estate titans.
With the incredible demand for multifamily and with an affinity for big data analysis in real estate and while utilizing best practices from his past experiences, in 2024 he partnered with Diva Rescia and they formed Rescia Properties. They have combined assets exceeding $989M and a total of 3358 multifamily units in 5 states in the US.
